Objectives

1. Classify and select patients meeting high risk criteria such as clinical ASCVD, Diabetes or LDL; who require immediate high intensity statin therapy. 2. Initiate and titrate evidence based dosing Atorvastatin 40-80mg or Rosuvastatin 20-40mg) to achieve the target reduction in baseline LDL-C
